Serves 4 people as a part of an Indian meal.
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 large tomatoes

- 1 green chilly (use a less spicy chilli if you don’t enjoy spicy food)
- ½ cup of fresh coriander (use more or less as per the fragrance of the coriander)
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash and chop the tomatoes into small pieces. The smaller the pieces the tastier the salad.

- Chop the chillies finely.
- Wash and chop the coriander finely.
- Put all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add salt to taste and mix them well.
Serve fresh. If left over, the smell of the koshimbir changes a bit.
